Yes. You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Your current month’s order will still be fulfilled.
Domestic shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after order confirmation. We ship from Napa Valley so it all depends on how close you are to our fulfillment center. You’ll receive a tracking number once shipped.
Currently, Bridge only ships to California, Alaska, District of Columbia DC, Florida, Idaho, New Mexico NM within the United States, though international expansion is planned.
We primarily use UPS Ground for reliability and careful handling of perishable goods.
Yes. A 21+ adult signature is required upon delivery, per U.S. alcohol shipping regulations.
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact welcome@101-usa.com as soon as possible before your purchase. Orders received by 10 AM will normally ship the same day (Monday-Friday excluding major holidays).
